On Lloyds Viva Insights search for 'What Is Your Story Hypnotherapy' community for Lloyds colleagues to join where I will share and talk about hypnotherapy, self-hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques.

Free Group Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) sessions of 25 minutes fortnightly details are found here and in the community. The next one is Thursday 10th October 2024 at 12.30pm on Lloyds Microsoft Teams, then continue every other Thursday at 12.30pm. Click here to join the meeting

We focus on a number of topics like anxiety, thoughts, feeling, perspective and releasing what no longer serves us. All the past session recordings are available in the Viva Engage What Is Your Story Hypnotherapy channel in the files section. Make time for yourself to think about the changes you want to make and experience group hypnotherapy. Learn how to do self-hypnosis. Contact me to be added to the invite and for topics you'd like covered.
